Castaways Hills & Paul are delighted to be resident disco hosts at Castaways. Castaways is a spectacular new entertainment retaurant venue situated within Pitsea Market, Essex. We have recently changed our Friday night disco to karaoke and we host tribute nights each and every Saturday night. Lately, we have been entertained by, inter alia: the (Captain) fantastic 'Elton John' the TOM-tastic Martin Jarvis as Tom Jones Faye as Kylie Jimmy Jemain who deservedly is acclaimed as the No. 1 tribute to Cliff Richard 'The Everly Brothers, 'Lionel Richie' 'Barry Gibb' 'Phil Collins' Robbing Williams Marc Robinson who performed as Buddy Holly in the West End musical Daryll King's phenomenal tribute to Neil Diamond a Rat Pack tribute, with 'Frank' 'Dean' and 'Sammy' playing to a packed audience 'Eric Clapton' 'George Benson' 'Stevie Wonder' the excellent Gerry Trew making his debut as Rod Stewart 'Shania Twain' 'Jon Bon Jovi' and.. 'Elvis' On Saturday 21 June we had a great double bill of first-time appearances at Castaways. Not only did we have Sarah Jayne with her popular tribute to Dolly Parton, but we also had one of the top line dance acts in the Country - 'The Outrageous' Glenn Rogers. This was an absolutely fantastic line dance friendly evening! This coming Saturday, 25 October, Harry Cambridge performs his tribute to Luther Vandross at Castaways for the first time. Don't even think of going home after the cabaret - the disco continues and the bar is licensed 'til 1:00 am! The decor is breathtaking; the food is excellent and you'll be hard pushed to have a better Saturday night out for twenty quid... We have also recently started 'Cast-A-Star' on Wednesday evenings - a talent show offering a first prize of Ł1,000!
